From scattered knowledge to one reliable source
Business challenge
Healthcare professionals searched dozens of folders, intranet pages and mailboxes for procedures every day. Information existed, but was not findable or current.
Strategic approach
We started with a knowledge and information assessment, built a knowledge architecture on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and introduced governance per knowledge domain. A controlled rollout of AI-supported search (RAG) on the validated sources followed.
Business impact
Knowledge became a shared asset instead of personal memory. AI could be deployed safely because the source was in order first.
A growing number of applications and external partners made access management untenable. Audits exposed gaps and every new employee cost manual work.
Strategic approach
We designed an identity and security architecture based on Zero Trust principles, automated joiner-mover-leaver processes and anchored governance in clear roles and periodic reviews.
Business impact
Access became predictable, controllable and demonstrably compliant — without employees having to wait for it.
The company had grown into new markets, but brand, website and commercial communication still told the story of ten years ago.
Strategic approach
We repositioned the brand from the business strategy, built a brand architecture and visual identity, and translated it into a new corporate website, content strategy and measurable digital marketing.
Business impact
One consistent story from boardroom to sales conversation, with a digital presence that demonstrably delivers leads.
Teams used AI in an unstructured way. There was enthusiasm, but no policy, no quality framework and no view of value or risk.
Strategic approach
Together with the board we established an AI vision and governance, selected a limited number of high-value use cases, and guided adoption through training, guidelines and measured results.
Business impact
AI became a steerable capability with clear responsibilities instead of loose experiments.
Thirteen capabilities, one transformation methodology.
All the expertise you know from Identitylab remains available. It has not disappeared — it has been repositioned as a strategic capability within the Identitylab Framework™.
