People
The knowledge, experience and talent in every organisation. Change only works when people understand it, support it and help improve it.

Identitylab helps organisations connect people, knowledge and technology. That creates more clarity, speed and lasting impact — with technology as an enabler and people at the centre.
Organisations invest in AI, cloud platforms and digital tools. Yet lasting value often stays out of reach, because knowledge, people, processes and technology move apart from each other.
Information keeps growing, systems pile up and knowledge stays trapped in heads or departments. While the outside world accelerates, decisions slow down. The AI hype increases the pressure to act, but not necessarily the clarity about what is truly needed.
Identitylab exists to bring that coherence back. Not by adding yet another tool, but by reconnecting the whole. That way we build not a one-off solution, but an organisation that can continuously learn, adapt and improve.
Not more technology. An organisation that is ready for it.
When people, knowledge, technology and impact reinforce each other, an organisation emerges that decides better and adapts faster.
The knowledge, experience and talent in every organisation. Change only works when people understand it, support it and help improve it.
We make organisational intelligence findable, reliable and usable — for better decisions and responsible AI.
Technology supports people and processes. It is a means to move forward, never the starting point or the goal itself.
Every choice must create demonstrable business value: more clarity, stronger collaboration and an organisation that keeps learning.
My background combines engineering, industrial technology, commercial development and entrepreneurship. Working across different sectors and business environments taught me to look beyond the technology itself.
The important questions are what an organisation wants to achieve, where it gets stuck, which knowledge it needs and how its people can work together more effectively. That perspective determines how I look at AI and digital transformation today.
People create progress. Knowledge gives it direction. Technology accelerates it.
That principle underlies everything Identitylab does: change only works when people, knowledge and technology reinforce each other.

Not a full CV, but the milestones that shape how Identitylab looks at transformation today.
Master's degree in industrial engineering, with a background in chemistry, entrepreneurship and industrial design. As a design & project engineer at Jacobs Engineering (2011–2014) I worked on technically complex industrial projects.
Technical sales at ATEM/Wieland and business development at engineering firm ACE. Then Siemens (2017–2024), in building technology and commercial development, and Schneider Electric (2024–2026), in industrial automation, industrial software and digital transformation for the process industry.
Years of connecting customer needs with commercial strategy, partnerships and execution: business development, sales, marketing and go-to-market. Today I am also Business Leader Growth & Innovation at PDM Group — a professional role that is fully separate from Identitylab.
In 2012 I founded Identitylab. More than ten years of branding, marketing, design, websites and digital experiences — always with the same question: how does this genuinely move an organisation forward?
Today Identitylab is growing into a strategic partner for AI, data, knowledge, digital transformation and organisational intelligence. We help SMEs understand where they stand, where AI and digitalisation create real value, and what needs to be in place before those opportunities can be realised responsibly.
AI creates enormous opportunities, but meaningful impact does not come from tools alone. Organisations must understand where AI can create value, whether their information and processes are ready for it, how risks are managed and how people can use the technology effectively.
Identitylab brings those elements together. We help organisations make clearer choices, build the right foundations and move forward with direction.
It is adaptive, knowledge-driven and human-centred. Leaders have visibility of what matters. Teams find reliable knowledge the moment they need it. Processes and systems connect with each other.
AI strengthens the work within clear boundaries. Not as a replacement for human expertise, but as leverage for better decisions, operational excellence and sustainable growth. That is how the organisation becomes connected and resilient.
We combine business strategy, organisational transformation, knowledge management, AI adoption and digital execution in one integrated approach.
Not a catalogue of separate services. Capabilities that we deliberately combine to align strategy, organisation and technology for the long term.
Direction, governance and adoption to deploy AI purposefully and responsibly.
Capturing, structuring and activating knowledge as a strategic business asset.
Secure access and clear responsibilities as the foundation for connected working.
Anchoring digital resilience in processes, behaviour and leadership.
A coherent working environment in which information and people collaborate smoothly.
Clear agreements on ownership, quality, use and the life cycle of information.
Translating strategy into connected experiences, platforms and daily ways of working.
Simplifying, connecting and measurably improving processes.
Organising reliable information as the basis for decision-making and AI.
Aligning roles, collaboration and decision-making with the desired change.
Helping leaders choose, prioritise and realise change sustainably.
Making strategy visible and usable in brands, communication and digital experiences.
Each phase makes the next step more concrete. That keeps the direction clear, the pace workable and the change supported.
We listen, sharpen the question and understand the context behind it.
We objectively map readiness, opportunities, risks and dependencies.
We connect strategy, knowledge, people, processes and technology around one direction.
We realise the change and guide the organisation in daily use.
We measure, learn and improve so progress does not stop after delivery.
We work with organisations and teams that not only want to renew, but also want to build the capability to keep improving independently afterwards.
Where growth places new demands on knowledge, processes and leadership.
That want to connect fragmented initiatives into one feasible course.
With complex structures that want to decide faster and more consistently.
That want to link digital progress to trust and continuity.
Seeking clarity on priorities, investments and responsibility.
That want to turn experiments into supported organisational capability.
We build organisations that keep improving, long after the project is finished. That means transferring knowledge, strengthening ownership and designing every solution so your people can move forward with it.
Tell us where your organisation stands today. Together we make the first step clear.
